Hotel Spadai Florence

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. Also, the location couldn't have been better, it was right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major sites. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially considering the high rate charged. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding streets could be quite disturbing at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved this place! It is right in the centre of the city and we were able to easily explore everything. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed from a comfortable bed to an ironing facility. The breakfast was great and the wait staff made sure we were well taken care of.

We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room.

It is clean, gorgeous hotel, that has very good location and staff. We will be back as we had a great time and liked the property.

Fine base for exploring Florence. The room was immaculate with a large bathroom, had fantastic experience. Also, location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from David. Small restaurant easy walk to the hotel. Late check-out was useful.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, surrounded by all the main sights and within walking distance to the train station. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, with memory foam pillows that provided excellent support. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate any request. The complimentary drinks in the bar and free minibar were a nice touch, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel even had a rooftop dome with a stunning view of the city. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Luxurious amenities, impeccable service, prime location, perfect for families.

Nothing, all was good.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were above and beyond my expectations. The room was quiet and had great amenities like light controls and phone charging stations on both sides of the bed. The bar area had excellent cocktails, bar snacks, and a great atmosphere. Being welcomed back as a returning guest was a nice touch.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.

This hotel is perfectly located for those who want to explore all the popular attractions of the city. It is within walking distance to everything, and very accessible from the airport using Tram 2 to UNITA. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff is friendly and courteous, and provides excellent service to make your stay enjoyable.

Although there are some minor street noises, this is to be expected when staying in such a central location.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location just around the corner from the main attraction, with easy access to all the sights by foot. The hotel bar was a highlight, offering a great selection of drinks and complimentary bar snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The modern and luxurious suite was spotlessly clean, with a well-stocked and replenished minibar and extra treats every day. The sumptuous breakfast, with its cooked-to-order omelettes, continental options, and delicious coffee, was a fantastic way to start the day. We also enjoyed the special treat of a free welcome prosecco voucher and the stunning viewing dome on the roof with a view of the city's landmark.
